What eyeliner is completely water-proof??
I go swimming every year with all my friends. Last year my eyeliner and mascara would smear across my face! I would be so embarrased and I do not want that to happen again. So I need a eyeliner that is not liquid or powder. Anything else is fine. But I only have so much money to work with-so anything under $10 that actully works??
I use the Colorstay eyeliner by Revlon. It's waterproof and rub-resistant and wears all day without fading or anything. I really like it, and the best part is that soap and water take it right off!
