JUST CHANGE TO 230/ 250 VOLTS,AND THIS SHOULD STILL PASS THROUGH THE TRANSFORMER AND THEN TO THE LAPTOP,IF STILL NO JOY,TAKE IT BACK TO PC WORLD,LET THEM TRY IT
