Travel neck pillow, infatable or microbeads?
I will be on a long fight next month and really want to be able to sleep on it, i think the best help would be one of those u shaped neck pillows, but i was wondering does anyone have any experience with them? are the bead ones or the inflatable ones more comfy?

Yea, i am travelling on BA this time, i flew with CX last time but found the headrest impossible to sleep on. but ok thank you about the pillows i shall have a re-think then 
I really had bad experiences with ALL of them, it really makes my neck stiff and uncomfortable. I would throw them away within 5 minutes of using them during a long haul flight. I just stick to the standard seat recline and the headrest provided.
Mostly I take Cathay Pacific (CX) on long haul flights which has an adjustable headrest for you. But that may not be the case with you, so you should try them out at a store and see if you like them or not.
