Travelling by British Airways?
Hey guys, I booked a flight by BA back in January online as well as getting insurance and was sent a policy booklet a few days after. I will be jetting away in a few weeks and was wondering if they were supposed to send me any insurance forms or if they just take the money out of my account. Finally are they supposed to sent me those luggage tags as i am still to get any. thanks
For the insurance, all you'll recieve is a booklet detailing the policy and details for making a claim, and a policy number.
For your flights, you'll probably just have a e-ticket reciept to print out, take this to check-in to get your boarding pass and have your luggage boarded.
