Is it cheaper for me if I buy Travelers Cheques or buy $s from a money changer?
I will be traveling from Singapore to Hungary soon.
Shall I buy euros from a money changer? Or get US $ travelers cheques from a bank?
The cheapest is to use your credit card - just check to make sure they don't charge you international fees.
If you don't have a credit card, try getting euros from a bank instead of a money changer. I dont know much about travelers checks, sorry.
