Is it a good idea to use a lock and baggage straps to secure my luggage on an international flight?
I am taking US airways
and my suitcase is 24'' by 14'', so very small
i just dont trust the employees of US airways
what will happen if they want to open it but my lock wont permit them, will they smash it open?
If yor suitcase is that small, then it is a carry-on...and airline employees will not have acess to it. TSA can break the locks if they want to, so you need to buy a TSA approed lock so they can open it if needed and reclose it. You can get the locks at Walart or Target for less than $10.00.
