Is it safe to type your address into unsecure websites?
When you sign in to Yahoo, you will see a yellow lock on your screen which shows that the site is secure. I want to enter a sweepstakes for a site, but it doesn't have the yellow lock. I trust the SITE, but I was wondering if it would be possible for some1 to get my info. I have Windows Defender by the way.
NO it's NOT and keep away fro this kind of sites; unless you are looking for problems! Sweepstakes sites are the centers of spammers, hackers and spyware. So you need to be real careful about that!
