If your TSA lock has been opened will it show a green or a red circle at the bottom of the lock .?
traveled on direct flight from albany , ny to orlando on Oct. 25 . One suitcase is missing a pair of jeans and a lime green denim jacket . Luggage had TSA lock on it and there was no slip inside the luggage stating it had been opened . Who do I appeal to ? What advice do you have for me ?
I don't think that anything changes on a TSA lock when it is opened with an appropriate key. I suspect that TSA inspectors are not the only people who have those keys, either.
I think that your only recourse is to file a theft claim with the airline.
