on alibaba or madeinchina.com you can find TONS of manufacturers that make computer cases for desktops but not a single one for laptop cases. Instead for that search term, you find bags, sleeves, and the likes.
Some Chinese company I guess. People don't assemble laptops outside, so you won't find them.
