Airport Regulation: RE the Zip Lock Bags......HELP?
I've read all the TSA websites, but all I keep reading is that the liquids must be in a quart sized zipper type zip lock bag. All I have are the normal sandwhich zip lock bags and they don't have the "zipper thing" It's just a normal bag ...yellow and blue makes green type of bag.....
Geeeesh. So confusing.
I just got back from the USA. I went from Dayton, Ohio into Newark International and then onto England. At all of these airports TSA were handing out the plastic zip lock bags that they want you to store your liquids in. It's very handy in case you forget to bring plastic bags with you.
One thing that I found strange though is that when you're being screened to go into the departure lounge you're allowed to take juices (as in bottles of juice purchased elsewhere) and sodas through screening but not water. I thought all liquid was banned! This was in Dayton.
