Does an inflatable punching bag compensate for a heavy one?
Would an inflatable punching bag with a weighted bottom be the same as a punching bag that stands firmly? I'm trying to figure out the cost difference because inflatable ones are much cheaper.
No a heavy bag is better because it gives you the weight of a person. I personally would much rather a heavy bag even though it is expensive. I have had both and a heavy bag you can use on the ground also for working on fighting on the ground as well as standing up.
