Whom shall I lodge a complaint against First Flight Courier without consuming more time?
Recently I had sent a parcel from Hosur to Indore by First Flight Courier. I booked it through Air. Paid a heavy sum too. On receipt it was found to be open, packing changed and the contents lost. When I contacted relevant FF centres including FF head office in Mumbai, they said they are investigating. Till date nothing has come up. Now they are neither talking nor replying to any mail.

However, I'd suggest approaching the Consumer Redressal Forum with your grievance. The delay would be inevitable, but if found genuine, you would be compensated for the delay along with other damages.
