When traveling, if the voltage is right but the hertz wrong, will the device blow?
I'm going to China (from United States) and I want to plug in an Ipod charger. 1) I don't know if it'll even fit in the socket 2) it says it is a USB Adaptor Plug that can take 110-240 volt. Does that mean it'll function on the 220 volt in China and properly power my Ipod or does it transfer the voltage straight to my Ipod and blow it out?
You need a universal travel adapter. The US plugs won't fit in a Chinese outlet.
